Schoenherr advised Treo Asset Management on the sale of Maxbet Romania and Maxbet Malta to Super Technologies, the company operating the Superbet online betting and casino brand. By taking over Maxbet’s operations and client portfolio, Super Technologies marks a significant step in its consolidation strategy in the Romanian gaming market.
The Schoenherr team provided sell-side legal advice throughout all phases of the transaction. Completion of the transaction is subject to approval by the Romanian Competition Council.
