Zacaria, with a portfolio of approximately 300.000 m2 of industrial warehouses and office spaces in multiple Romanian cities, announces the expansion of Western Industrial Park in Oradea over the next months. The future additional warehouse, covering more than 6.300 m2, is already commissioned by a strategic foreign client in the electrical and electronic manufacturing industry.
Following the construction of the new facility, Zacaria’s industrial park in Oradea will cover a total surface of 25.000 m2 of industrial warehouses and office spaces.
The new warehouse is designed and will be built entirely to the client’s requirements and will cover 5.000 m2 of industrial space for production and storage and 1.300 m2 for office spaces. Construction works have begun this autumn and are expected to end in March 2018.
“We decided to further develop this industrial park as a result of a rental agreement with a foreign investor, who is opening a subsidiary for the first time in Romania, a very good news for the industry and the business environment in Oradea. This is a build-to-suit project, so the entire facility will be tailored-made according to our client’s desires and needs”, stated Emilia Țepeș, National Sales Manager for Zacaria.
Western Industrial Park is located in the Western industrial area of Oradea, on Borșului Street, at 9 kilometers from the Hungarian border. Positioned on a 50.000 m2 platform, the park was acquired in 2013 and was fully leased in a short amount of time. “The demand for premium industrial spaces in Oradea maintains an ascending trend, thanks to its strategic position that offers a quick access to Central Europe. We are planning to expand our investment portfolio in this area, in the near future “, explained Emilia Țepeș.
